Is that pretty much a text book center stance? I'm getting told by our line coach that I should be in a narrow stance. it felt incredibly unbalanced and weak. don't know if its just me getting used to it or what but it certainly didn't feel good. He was also saying to lift my hips on the snap (long snap style) is this right for uc and shotgun?

This is how an OC is supposed to look. Explosive, lean(305), strong, balanced and quick. Very nice!
