Mr. Frisbie, The best drill that I have used is to have your tackles kick slide on th angle a few times then add three balls to the drill and have them set and punch the balls down as they kick. This provides small aiming points and you can bluff them with a ball to make sure they don't get off balance. Make sure they have weight on the inside and not over extend for any ball. Time the punch.
