I have been receiving email request to develop a strength/speed programs to prepare athletes for their upcoming seasons. There is a saying that about being prepared is what helps you succeed. I don’t necessarily believe that. I believe the right preparation will lead to right results. Am I saying I am the only coach that can get you ready for your season? No, that would be foolish.
