Just curious if anyone has any drills for staying low through contact and maintaining good leverage? After looking at my film, I've noticed I have a tendency to stand straight up after making contact and as a result sacrifice all of my leverage and the ability to get a good push. I know it's a bad habit that isn't going to work against better competition, so any help would be appreciated?

Usually, maintaining leverage is a function of strength. The fact you're able to identify you are playing too high but unable to correct it, leads me to believe it's a strength issue. Drills only work when you are able to do...
