Everyone Needs A Coach

In all my years of playing sports, I have always had a coach. It
amazes me that when we get older we feel we no longer feel like we
need coaches when attempting a fitness goal. We must be wrong since
Obesity is a huge problem. It is not unusual for our clients to see
amazing results. That is because we only accept those that will be
committed to reaching their goal.

We are running a 3 day special to have us design a three month program
for you that will change your life. We are offering our services at a
special price of $99 per client. The price will go back up to $199 on
August 25th, so don’t delay.

It includes the exact steps the Coach Jimmy & Charlene have used to
help hundreds of clients succeed. Every plan is specific to your
goals, but will take complete commitment to be realized.

Assessment includes warm up and movement prep, prehab, activation,
core, power training, resistance training, energy system development,
speed training, mental focus plan, and soft tissue quality
manipulation.
