Ready to start

Hello guys, its me again.

I got all my medical results and guess what ..... doctor said im READY TO START.

Thats good news since I dont practice any sport for like almost 6-8years, Now i will check on nutricionist to proper diet to follow.

Plus i found a gym, it seems very nice, all new gear, trainers avaiavle all time to help on workouts.

OK guys Wish me luck....

need coaches when attempting a fitness goal. We must be wrong since

Obesity is a huge problem. It is not unusual for our clients to see

amazing results. That is because we only accept those that will be

The Journey Begins

Hello fellows, this is Gabriel speaking, I will be here posting my journey to become one of the best o-line in my country. But since Im a beginer, lets starts with the basics.

Yesterday I went to a doctor to make a full check-up on me. I will have to amke a full hemogram w/ sugar and triglyceride stuff, ECG scan and bioimpedance test.

Also I went look for a gym, muscles is needed here .... lol......plus after the results i will seek for a nutricionist
