Tristan, We will be posting a few more workout videos very soon! Im not sure how old you are but I would focus on a lot of bodyweight exercises until you feel comfortable transitioning heavy weights. Dips, body weight squats and pull ups are very helpful! Be sure to stretch so you dont let yourself become too stiff. If you are pretty adcanced in training, Squats, power cleans, deadlifts, bench press and shoulder work should be your base for training. Focus on developing functional power and explosiveness is key!
