Now that camp has come to an end and the season is upon us, its time for us to address some of the overuse issues that have occurred in attempts to stay healthy through the season. Our first fix is going to involve the foot and lower leg.

When I was catching up with my old strength coach/mentor Drew Petersen of Humboldt State University, I asked him to express his thoughts on the popular yet controversial Crossfit training. My stand is that it CAN be great as long as you are not using it to train athletes.....ESPECIALLY HOGS.
