When I was catching up with my old strength coach/mentor Drew Petersen of Humboldt State University, I asked him to express his thoughts on the popular yet controversial Crossfit training. My stand is that it CAN be great as long as you are not using it to train athletes.....ESPECIALLY HOGS. by the way this is greg mullins i am dillan mullins dad. dillan just joined you guys at the o-line academy. i just wanted to thank you for showing us around that day. i think dillan is gonna get alot out of working out up there. i love the diet hes on, ive lost weight already lol well keep working hard and get that leg back in shape. thanks for the time greg mullins
