Hey guys... Sorry if my posts always seem to revolve around staying healthy, but I'm 36 years old and this is unfortunately my reality. Does anyone suffer from foot pain in their cleats?  Mine is almost instant as soon as I start running drills and it is agonizing to the point it takes the fun out of practice.  I have tried switching shoes (I have Nikes and Under Armour and neither is any better).  I tried the over the counter orthotics and they don't seem to help.  At least the ones I tried…See More

Playing last night, someone rolled on my leg and injured my ankle.  I can't put hardly any weight on it this morning.  The team Doctor figures on a bad sprain.  Will likely get x-rayed tomorrow.  Aside from the obvious icing, elevating, etc... any advice would be greatly appreciated.  I've never been one to tape my ankles but will probably start now.  Little late, though... DDS See More
