Does anyone know some good workouts to get bigger and stronger?

Lift heavy using compound movements.  Concentrate on the basics like squats, bench, dead, cleans and get very strong at them.

A standard Bigger, Faster, Stronger workout is a good starting point. Be sure to warm up and have a spotter. There is no substitute for hard work in the weightroom.
