I'm looking for a good diet that I can get on that will help me cut some weight but still give me the energy I need to continue working out on a regular basis. I know I need more protein and less carbs. I'm currently 6' 3" and 322 lbs and turn 16 2 weeks. I was hoping to be a lot closer to 300 and ideally about 285 but after at a doctor's visit yesterday I found out I need to change my diet. I have several big DI football programs looking at me and I'd like to be slimmed down by the time I show up for my unofficial visits this summer. I'd like to be at my ideal weight by the beginning of the season.
Any help is much appreciated.

Because there isn't any fat to process that aids in mitigating the insulin spike. It's straight sugar (lactose) that can actually make you fatter AND stress the pancreas.
