anybody have any advice about what to do for bad knees supplements,braces,etc.....

It's hard to give you advice when your question is so vague. What exactly is bad about your knees? What are your limitations? I like the Donjoy Defiance as a knee brace for line play. Might be a bit bulky for skill guys. As for supplements, I think they're largely over rated when it comes to joint pain. You're better off taking an anti-inflammatory like Aleve to keep pain in check.
