Permalink Reply by Jesse Duvuvei on December 14, 2010 at 6:50pm definetly need to work on speed and how fast you get off the ball.
Permalink Reply by Anastasios Tommy Kanichis on December 14, 2010 at 9:28pm I agree with that with the open field part. But with the off the ball part ive always been told that I am quick off the ball so that is a suprise to me
Permalink Reply by Taylor Boggs on December 15, 2010 at 12:28am felt like u fired off the ball pretty good! remember to continue to run ur feet through the initial contact. if i were you i would focus on my overall body composition (less body fat!!!!!) this will help ur overall performance and especially ur agility when u play in space.
Permalink Reply by Jimmy Lamour on December 15, 2010 at 9:11am What is your boy fat % and your 1 rep max in the squat or deadlift? I think until you address the strength foundation of at least being able to squat 1.5 times your body weight and trying to keep your body fat at a decent level you will not perform at your best. The speed work will just not be as effective.
Permalink Reply by Anastasios Tommy Kanichis on December 16, 2010 at 11:20am As for body fat percentage im not to sure I havent had that done yet. Max squat was 460 deadlift I havent done in the longest time do to a lower back injury.
