Online Program Design & Training
The most beneficial and challenging component of training is writing a program for yourself. Why not get professional help to obtain the best results? You do it with accountants, doctors, lawyers, and you fitness should be no different. Compared to what you have seen with most online coaches I am different, I am not a coach who has never played the sport? I also know that football is as much a mental game as it is a physical game. Everyone’s body is different and that is why every ones workout is unique to that person. Many online coaches look at filling up their roster to make the most money with little attention to detail to obtain results. That will not happen here. I only take on 30 clients at a time and look for those that are dedicated. I don’t want to waste my time or yours. If you are one of those that are not ready to change your lives please do not inquire. I am only looking for the few that want to take it to the net level.
I am a believer in you will reap what you sow. I plan to teach you my system, so that you can function properly on your own when we are done consulting.
You’ll get the option of 3 months or 6 months of programming (nutrional guidelines,strength training, mental focus map, speed training, conditioning, flexibility, and recovery) , “email support,” and monitored progress reports.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Contact me at strengthchamber@gmail.com to sign up. The fees are $387 for 3 month plan and $594 for 6 month plan.
2. We’ll send you a comprehensive questionnaire addressing everything from your training history, to your injury history, to your goals, to your time to commit to training. We’ll also assess postural photos and any videos that you can provide of you performing exercises. This assessment will help us find out what areas we need to strengthen to put you in the best possible shape you can be in.
3. I’ll provide you with one month of programming addressing warm-up, dynamic flexibility/mobility, strength training, power training, recovery, mental focus map, speed training, and conditioning. You bring the effort and we will help you be a new person.
