The Lamour Training Systems Difference:

  1. Real Life Results: This program is built by personal experience and years of study. I know what it is like to play football and coach football players. We train our athletes knowing that the mental part of the game is just as important as the physical part.
  2. Individualization: Each program is customized to the specific needs of each participant. We take the training age, injury history, and special circumstances of each athlete into consideration.
  3. Support: Joining our team involves of commitment from each LTS staff to ensure your success in achieving greatness on and off the field. We are available via email to make adjustments as needed throughout the whole process.
  4. Education: Our goal is for each athlete to be able to teach our system to anyone they come in contact with. We believe that everyone must know the why behind the program in order to maximize their efforts

"Why do you require a 2-month minimum commitment?"

We use this time frame because we’ve found it takes around 2 months to see visible results and create lasting habits.

“Who is this for?”

This is for football players that are preparing for their football season and want to be in the best shape of their lives as well as prepare their bodies for the best showing on the field. Only 100 Participants will be chosen. Please submit in one paragraph and send your submission to our administrative staff at strengthchamber@gmail.com .

"Does web-based coaching work?"

It “ONLY” works if you are committed to follow through on what is advised.

 

"What are my responsibilities as a participant"

We have five simple rules for our clients.

1. Do what we tell you to do.
Realize that we are professionals and have been doing this for 15 years. Do not add or delete from the program as that would dilute the results.


2. Work hard.
If it were easy everyone on the field would receive accolades. I can promise you if you work hard results will come and the experience will be worth it.

3. Give us at least 2 months to work with you.
It takes time for any seed to grow. Don’t be a workout hopper. Stick to the program and watch what happens

4. Fill out our feedback questionnaire every  week.

We will not know be able to adjust your training effectively if you do not tell us how your body is adapting.

  1. Send us photos every month.

The eye in the sky does not lie. We want to see your progress to allow us to track your progress visually. We want all the pictures with a sleeveless shirt and shorts.

 

 

"What do I actually receive as part of this program?"

1.       An evaluation of current health, injury history, weaknesses, goals, and expert advice.

2.       An individualized exercise program along with conditioning via email each month.

3.       One individualized nutrition program available on the web or sent via email each month.

4.       Body composition updates via email every week.

5.       Mini questionnaire on progress via email weekly.

6.       Progress reports detailing where you started and how far you've come.

"What does it cost?"

FREE (Money Wise) Your time and hard work. We would also like a testimonial on your thoughts of the program.
